The Safety Passport training course is to provide all personnel, after site induction, how to work safely with lower risk to both themselves and others.
Important Candidate Notes
Delegates must be able to understand and converse in the English language. Any delegate who cannot meet this requirement will not be able to attend the training course unless the course has been approved by ECITB to be delivered in another language and/or an ECITB approved translator present. More information is available on request. A Digital Photograph will be obtained on the course.
Personal details such as address, National Insurance Number and photographs taken at the beginning of a course will be uploaded to the National ECITB database electronically, by attending the course it will be deemed that the delegate(s) accept this and a data subject consent form will need to be signed on the day of the course confirming your agreement. A copy of this form is included at the end of these joining instructions.
Upon successful completion of the 2 day initial and renewal course, delegates will be issued with a temporary passport valid for 6 weeks. The 3 year CCNSG Passport cards will be posted directly from the ECITB to the individuals address.
To be eligible to attend a Renewal course safety passports must not have expired by more than 3 months or have more than 3 months left until they expire
